Lectionary Readings
Services for the Lord’s Day are held every Sunday in the sanctuary at 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Sunday evening worship is held at 5:00 p.m. in the sancutary.
Services at the Divide Chapel are held on the first and third Sundays of the month at 2:30 p.m. The chapel is located on State Highway 41, south of the Y.O. Ranch.
Children of all ages are welcome in worship!
There are special children worship bags in the narthex. Childcare is available for infants through children who are in Kindergarten. The childcare room for infants and children up to the age of three years is room106, which is located at the back of the educational building.
Children 3 years old through kindergarten are cared for in room 504 in Family Life Center.
Many of our young children participate in
worship until after the Conversation with Children. After the Conversation with Children, one of our paid child care staff or a parent volunteer will meet the children in the narthex and take them to the appropriate room for extended care. Parents may pick up their
children in room 504 or 106 after worship.
There are many ways children serve as worship leaders enhancing worship for all of us. Children can serve as ushers or greeters. Acolytes and water bearers help us prepare for worship. There are other times throughout the year that children participate as worship leaders.
