I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another.
~ John 13:34
Almost every Sunday night Youth Group is from 5-8pm in the Youth Room. Enter from the back youth room doors off the Washington Street Parking lot.
The youth have lots going on all the time! Weekend trips, summer camps, lock-ins, mission projects, and more! Make sure you or your adult are signed up for the weekly emails and GroupMe messages Emily sends out. If you don’t receive them, call or email her!
Evening Youth Group:
5th Sundays: Youths are the ushers & greeters for our 11 am worship service. Instead of Sunday School and Evening Youth, we gather in the Narthex at 10:30 am and then go to lunch following the service.
Check the monthly Youth Calendar or main church calendar for updates. You can also contact Emily, at emcallister@fpckerrville.org for more information.
Dallas Youth Missions – 5 youth and 2 adults traveled to Dallas Texas for a week of service. We served with The Stewpot, Brother Bill’s, North Texas Food Bank, Austin Street Center, and Trusted World. We learned about the resources provided to those experiencing homelessness in the DFW area and fell in love with artwork done by a Stewpot client. We were able to purchase it and bring it home, it hangs in our youth room at the church to remind us of this incredible trip.
Mo-Ranch – FPC youth spent two weeks participating in Mo’s summer youth conferences, Youth Celebration and Junior High Jubilee. We learned about abiding in God’s presence and how we are free to be exactly who we are. Keynotes, small groups, and lots of swimming in the river made for awesome weeks!
